1. Services Provided
Ava Enterprise offers property preservation and maintenance services for commercial and residential properties, including but not limited to:
- HVAC maintenance and repair
- Exterior & Interior Painting
- Plumbing Services
- Resurfacing
- Electrical wiring and repair
- Lawn maintenance and landscaping
- Free consultations
- Weekend and after-hours emergency services
All services will be carried out by trained and experienced professionals in accordance with industry standards.
2. Quotes & Pricing
- Quotes provided are based on the information you give us and are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- Final pricing may vary if additional work or materials are required.
- A deposit may be required before service begins, with the balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee of $50 or equivalent to labor costs already incurred.
- Ava's Enterprise reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
- Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum amount allowed by law.
5. Liability & Warranty
- We aim to deliver high-quality services, but Ava's Enterprise is not responsible for damage caused by:
- Pre-existing issues with your property.
- Misuse or neglect of the property after service.
- Events outside our control, such as natural disasters or third-party interference.
- Warranty terms vary by service type and will be specified in your service agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Provide accurate information regarding service needs.
- Remove or secure personal belongings in service areas.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including text, images, and service descriptions, is the property of Ava's Enterprise and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our services or website for unlawful purposes.
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Engage in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward our staff.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
Ava Enterprise reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate any client relationship for:
- Non-payment
- Abusive conduct
- Repeated violations of these Terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ava's Enterprise is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
- Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
